Induction Friendly Snacks - Low Carb Friends. Hi Everyone,I'm a little new to new to the Induction phase of Atkins but I thought while on induction you were not permitted flaxmeal or any of the hardier vegetables like asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, or squash. I guess you can have the veg mentioned but they are so high in carbs they would eat up a lot of the 2. If I am wrong in this thinking could someone please let me know because the list of items posted above, that I have cut and pasted below would greatly improve my induction phase. Flaxmeal muffins (from pancake recipe) - served plain, with butter, cream cheese.
